August 2016 Central Committee meeting this Tuesday the 23rd, 7:00 p.m.

On Tuesday, August 23rd, the Bannock County Democratic Party will be holding our scheduled monthly Central Committee meeting, beginning at 7:00 PM and ending shortly after 8:00 PM. Precinct Captains are reminded to attend, and all county Democrats are invited to attend and participate.
This event will be held at our headquarters, located at 355 Yellowstone Ave., across the street from Mama Inez restaurant. Entrances are at the front and back of the building, with parking in back.
We will be discussing the results of the summer picnic, the Stallings Banquet, and distribution of funds. We will also discuss the staffing of the headquarters for the Fall election season.

Idaho Democratic Party Chair Bert Marley to speak at Bannock Democrats' Political Soup Luncheon on Wednesday, August 10

Come and join the Bannock County Democrats for our August Political Soup on Wednesday, August 10 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This month’s speaker will be Bert Marley, current chair of the Idaho Democratic Party and former local legislator. He will talk about his participation in last month's Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, PA and about Idaho's upcoming elections this November.

There will also be information about the upcoming Richard Stallings Banquet fundraising dinner taking place on Saturday, August 13 at the Veterans Memorial Building in Pocatello. We will have tickets available for purchase.

Political Soup will be held at the Bannock County Democrats’ headquarters at 355 Yellowstone Ave in Pocatello (across from Mama Inez restaurant), with parking behind the building. Lunch will be served between 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., with the program beginning at noon. A small donation is appreciated.
