On February 6 at 6 p.m., Representatives Sue Chew and Chris Abernathy will simulcast from the Idaho Statehouse, a rally to raise awareness about the inequities of Idaho's minimum wage.
Idaho's families deserve a better chance to earn a wage that they can live on. Of the 477,000 workers paid hourly rates in Idaho in 2017, 5,000 earned exactly the prevailing federal minimum wage of $7.25 per hour, while 11,000 earned less, according to a report from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
When working people do better, we ALL do better. Join us in supporting a raise in Idaho's minimum wage so that ALL of Idaho can enjoy a better life.
